Our Turkish Salmon (Rainbow Trout) stands out as a premium seafood product, known for its rich flavor, firm texture, and superior nutritional profile. Raised in the clean, cold waters of Türkiye, it represents both quality and consistency for global markets.

The Black Sea provides an exceptional environment for Turkish Salmon farming. Its naturally cool temperatures throughout the year and lower salinity levels, supported by abundant rainfall and freshwater streams, create ideal conditions for healthy and sustainable growth. These unique characteristics contribute directly to the taste, texture, and overall quality of the fish.

We control every stage of production with precision, from hatchery to harvest. With our own feed production facilities and experienced team, we ensure optimal nutrition and balanced growth. The fish are first raised in dam lakes between November and May. Once they reach 750–1000 grams, they are transferred to sea cages in the Black Sea, where they complete their growth over 6–8 months. During this period, they show rapid and efficient development, reaching market sizes between 2.5 and 5 kilograms.

We export Turkish Salmon and Seabass worldwide, delivering fresh harvests transformed into export-ready products through a disciplined and standardized processing system. Every step, from handling to packaging, is designed to meet the strict requirements of international trade with consistency, traceability, and precision. Our annual processing capacity reaches approximately 5,000 tons, ensuring reliable supply for global partners.

Turkish Salmon offers outstanding nutritional value. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality protein, and essential vitamins such as Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin B3. It also contains important minerals including zinc, phosphorus, iron, selenium, iodine, and calcium. Compared to Atlantic salmon, Turkish Salmon provides higher energy levels, lower saturated fats, and increased polyunsaturated fats, including omega-3 and omega-6, making it a healthier and more efficient nutritional choice.

Scientific comparisons show that Turkish Salmon maintains comparable selenium levels while containing no detectable heavy metals, reinforcing its safety and quality standards.
